How it works

Questions
- Can you see my files?
Our technicians connect only to work on a problem you've asked about or one our monitoring found, and we tell you when we do.
- How do I manage my plan?
In your account at secure.wicw.net: see each computer’s status, update your card, ask for help or cancel.
- What isn't covered?
Parts, hardware repairs and work that needs the computer in the shop are billed separately. Plus covers remote help only.
- Is the remote help unlimited?
Plus covers everyday problems as they come up, within reasonable use. Bigger jobs, like setting up a new computer, are quoted separately.
- Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account. Protection runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then we remove the agent.
- Do I need WiConnect internet?
No. Home Care works on any internet connection.
