About Computer Connections

Part of Reedsburg since 2002

Computer Connections has been part of Reedsburg since February 2002, when Dave Bangert acquired the business from Wisconsin Metals. The shop is in Park Plaza on the east edge of town, and the work has grown from repairs and retail into networks, servers, hosting and managed IT for businesses and schools across the region.

Dave is a Wisconsin native who started a DJ company, Oasis Entertainment, while he was in college. Along the way he studied business, learned programming, and wrote software to help DJs manage their clients, equipment and bookings. The response to that software is what led to Computer Connections.

He still runs Oasis, and on weekends you'll find him playing music for happy dancers. He's done more than 1,200 weddings so far.

How we work

We'd rather know our customers than process them. That means solutions that fit the way you actually work, technology explained in plain language so you can make your own decisions, and a phone that gets answered by someone in the building.

We also believe new technology, chosen well, saves time, money and effort. Part of our job is helping people get past the worry of changing things, and showing them it was worth it.
